1) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers within the United States (including most residential and business addresses).

2) Shipping Fee (Flat Rate)

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.55 per order
    This flat rate applies at checkout and does not change based on quantity (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

3) Taxes (0%)

  • VAT/Import tax charged by us: 0% (we do not charge VAT)

  • If any local/state tax is required, it will be shown at checkout. If checkout shows $0 tax, then the applied tax rate for your order is 0%.

4) Order Cutoff Time

  • Cutoff time: 5:00 PM (ET), Monday–Friday

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed starting the next business day.

5) Processing Time (Preparation Time)

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days
    This includes order confirmation, packing, and handing the package to the carrier.

6) Shipping Time (Transit Time)

  • Shipping time: 8–9 business days
    Transit time begins after the order has been shipped.

7) Total Delivery Time

  • Total delivery time: 10–12 business days
    (Processing 2–3 business days + Shipping 8–9 business days)

Example:
Order placed Monday before cutoff → processing Tue–Thu → ships Thu → arrives in ~8–9 business days after shipment.

8) Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships (via your order page and/or confirmation email if available).

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

9) Delays & Exceptions

Delivery can be delayed by carrier issues, weather, peak seasons, or incorrect/incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
