Send notices to:

Phone: (619) 553-0511

(If your site has a support email later, add it here too. Right now you only gave phone/address, so I’m not inventing an email out of thin air.)

3) What Happens After We Receive a Notice

After we receive a complete notice, we may:

  • Review the claim

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material

  • Notify the affected party (if applicable)

4) Counter-Notification (If You Believe It Was a Mistake)

If you believe content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)

  2. Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification

  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. Federal District Court (generally where you live, or where we are located if outside the U.S.)

  5. Your physical or electronic signature

We may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not file a lawsuit within the required time, we may restore the material.

5) Repeat Infringer Policy

We may terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers, as permitted under applicable law.

6) Misrepresentations

Knowingly submitting false DMCA claims or counter-notifications may lead to legal consequences. The DMCA is not a “report button for things you don’t like.”

7) Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected by the effective date above.
