1) Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3) Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked “Final Sale”)

  • Gift cards

  • Items that are used, washed, damaged by misuse, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned outside the return window

4) How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return (and photos if damaged/incorrect)

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without approval, because humans love chaos and lost packages.

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit), we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label when applicable.

  • For customer remorse returns (changed mind, wrong size/style, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging (if damaged)

  • The shipping label (if needed)

We will offer one of the following (depending on the situation):

  • Replacement (if available)

  • Refund

  • Store credit (if you prefer)

7) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll be notified whether the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: typically 3–5 business days after approval.
Your bank/PayPal may take additional time to post the refund.

8) Exchanges

We don’t guarantee direct exchanges (inventory changes fast and humans click “buy” like it’s a sport).
If you want a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

9) Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been processed or shipped yet.

  • If your order has already shipped, it must follow the return process.

10) Chargebacks & Disputes

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us first so we can fix it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may slow everything down and can lead to account restrictions if abuse is detected.
